F.A.Q.
Order Confirmation:
- All orders will be confirmed 2 hours after being placed by customer.
Minimum order and Pricing:
- Minimum order of (US) $75 dollars is required for free shipping.
Order Acceptance:
- All orders are subject to final approval and acceptance by the Skinner West Shop.
Product Inspection:
- Inspection of all items purchased from the Skinner West Shop, is the sole responsibility of the customer, this inspection must be made within ten (14) delivery from USPS, or purchase date at PopUp
Returns:
- All returns must have a return merchandise authorization from sales representative.
- Only return the specific quantities and the products damaged on the road.
- The customer pays “In-bound” freight and “Out-bound” freight is paid by the Skinner West Shop.
- All returns for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Defective items are exchanged for the same title only.
- No Returns are accepted after 14 days of Confirmed delivery date.
Shipping:
- The Skinner West Shop will make every effort to ship the merchandise as soon as possible.
- We are not responsible for orders not shipped out on the date of order.
- All risk of loss and damage in transit shall be borne by the customer.
Payment:
- Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards are accepted.
- Personal checks and temporary checks will not be accepted.
